The Academic Calendar includes critical information regarding important dates, deadlines and institutional policies that govern students and faculty members during academic year. It contains significant schedules of the financial aid process, course registration, grading and conferring of degrees.
Students will ensure that they revise and abide by all the published academic dates and policies.
Students are required to ensure they do course registration and provide all necessary documentation before the stipulated deadline so that their financial aid can be processed in time. Submission delays could occur due to submissions and delays in processing.
Student refund processing is conducted through automated system. Financial aid refunds will be given out to eligible students within 14 days of disbursement in business days.
Students will be able to access their courses at least 48 hours prior to the actual commencement of the term.
The final grades should be submitted within a week after termination. The student portal provides students with official grades after these have been finalized.
The awarding of degrees is formally done within 30 days following posting of final grades to the student in the final term.
The students have to enter and verify their name in the diploma name field and confirm the spelling at least 30 days before the graduation.

The Academic Calendar should be revised when approved at the institutional level. In order to prevent the financial aid processing and refunds delays, students should make their registration and provide the necessary documents within the specified deadlines.
The issuance of refund depends on the payment of financial aid and takes place over a period of 14 days.
Graduation Status: Students are graduated at the end of the term where all the requirements have been fulfilled unless an approved extension is given.
