Application & Documentation Deadline: To ensure timely processing of financial aid, students must complete their course registration and submit all required documents by the designated deadline. Late submissions may lead to processing delays.
Processing of Student Refunds: Eligible students will receive their refunds within 14 business days after the financial aid disbursement.

Diploma Name Verification: Students must review and confirm the correct spelling of their diploma name in the student portal at least 30 days before their expected graduation date.
Degree Awarding Process
A student is given the degree officially within 30 days after the final term of study with final grades posted.
The graduation is awarded in the academic term where all the degree requirements have been fulfilled unless an extension has been granted.
